Product changes are made in the following cases:

1) that the product you received is defective
2) if you receive different products than those listed in your order
3) if you wish to replace products you have received, which are not defective, for personal reasons

No returns are accepted without prior telephone or electronic communication .

Changes or returns for online orders within Greece can be made within 15 days from the date of receipt .

For any country other than Greece, changes or returns for online orders can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt

For the exchange to take place, the products must be in their original condition and packaging, have not been worn, altered or washed and the tag and barcode have not been removed.

The returned products must necessarily be accompanied by the legal sales document (receipt), which will be enclosed in the package.

In cases 1, 2, onceuponatoy.gr is responsible for the transport costs and reshipment costs.

In the 3rd case, the cost of transportation is borne by the customer, and the cost of reshipment is borne by onceuponatoy.gr for the first change per order, within Greece. In case of a second change or order outside of Greece, the costs of transportation and reshipment are borne exclusively by the customer. The new order must be of equal or greater value than the one it replaces.

The transport costs, the cash on delivery costs as well as the difference that will arise from the new order are borne exclusively by the customer.

You have the right to request a partial or full refund within 14 days from the date of receipt. The cost of the additional service of cash on delivery, if it has been selected, is borne exclusively by the customer in this case. In order to make the exchange, the products must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original proof of sale (retail receipt).
